WARRANTY
All of our watches are guaranteed for 1 (one) year for any mechanical failure and will be fixed by our authorized watch repairmen free of charge (less shipping). Warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer. W-W-Watches is honored to have the opportunity to serve you. We stand by all of our products and offer one-year limited warranty. If an item we sell should fail as a result of manufacturer’s defect at any time during first year, we will repair or replace the item at absolutely no cost to customer.
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:
- Regular wear-and-tear from normal use.
- External damage to the product.
- Defects caused by outside force or improper use.
- Consequential and incidental damages.
- Any modifications will void the warranty.
- Any third party repair attempts will void the warranty.
- The loss of precious, semi-precious stones from settings.
- Any damage caused by used under conditions exceeded the manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
The damage is not covered under the warranty unless it is proven defective by W-W-Watches Repair and Service center.

RETURNS
All watches are authentic, however should you ever doubt the authenticity of your watch and wish to return it during initial return period a certified letter signed and verified by either an authorized dealer or authorized manufacturer service center will be required as proof deeming the watch as not being original authentic manufacturer equipment and only then will a complete refund be issued by W-W-Watches (exclusions/exceptions apply to stated/noted aftermarket parts such as diamond bezels, dials, and straps/buckles which are not eligible for this return exception).
If you decide to return an item that was part of our free shipping promotion, our initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. All returns are less shipping costs (50.00 for domestic shipping) and applicable International shipping charge.
All purchases processed as charges and verified will not be eligible to be voided or cancelled and as such will be treated as a refund only. Restocking fees may be waived for store exchanges with approval.
Not eligible for refund: Items not in original saleable condition. Any item not accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number issued by W-W-Watches. Any watch not accompanied with original watch material sold with, such as boxes, papers, warranty and appraisal. Shipping charges non refundable.
SALES TAX
W-W-Watches is located in Illinois, by the law we are required to collect sales tax on all deliveries within state of Illinois. The sales tax rate will be calculated by your local sales tax rate. W-W-Watches does not collect sales tax on orders shipping anywhere outside of Illinois.

The personal information collected during sales is only used for the purposes of billing, shipping, and verification; we value our customers’ privacy and will never share their information with advertisers or anybody else.
